Chemeketa’s Counseling Services offers free, confidential, short-term professional counseling to currently enrolled students for personal, career, or crisis counseling.

Hours of Operations:
Monday–Thursday 8 am–7 pm
Friday, 8 am–5 pm
Remote and in-person appointments are available.
An On-call, crisis counselor is available daily 8–5 pm for walk-ins (Salem campus) or remotely.

How to Schedule an Appointment:

1. Call the Information Center at 503.399.5120 to schedule a counseling appointment.
2. Open the Navigate Student app or Desktop web app version and log in with your Chemeketa credentials. Click the purple Appointments icon on the left navigation menu and answer questions about your preferred service, date, time, and location.
3. Using your student e-mail address, send a message to [email protected] to request an appointment.
